JOSEPH D’ AGOSTINO

Of Counsel Upon graduating law school in 1988, Joe worked in the insurance defense field for over twelve years. During this time, he represented numerous defendants in civil lawsuits involving personal injuries, property damage, insurance coverage issues and commercial litigation. He spent over ten years with Nationwide Insurance Company’s Trial Division and left as a senior trial attorney in their high exposure unit.

As defense counsel, Joe gained valuable experience regarding the methods utilized by insurance carriers in defending, evaluating and resolving and/or trying various lawsuits. In 2002, Joe joined Ameduri, Galante & Friscia, LLP (later Ameduri, Galante, D’Agostino & Friscia,LLP) as trial counsel and later partner. As a plaintiffs personal injury attorney he has successfully prosecuted and/or resolved hundreds of cases on behalf his clients.

Joe’s hard work has produced numerous seven figure settlements on behalf of his clients both prior to and at trial. He believes that an attorney should not only be an advocate but also a counselor/advisor and that the best attorneys utilize their life experiences in evaluating and prosecuting their clients’ cases.

Joe takes pride in being able to successfully guide his clients through the many challenges resulting from the difficulties which result from accident induced injuries. Joe joined Kuharsi,Levitz & Giovinazzo in 2014 and looks forward to lending his experience to the already formidable legal team at Kuharski, Levitz & Giovinazzo.
